FREE with Arboretum admission

Unhurried outside play helps children grow stronger, healthier and happier. Bring your favorite young ones to the Green Play Yard for free easy activities you can participate in together--both at the Arboretum and at home. Make time to pretend, wonder, create, and feel connected to nature!

Leaves, Sticks, and Cones
Use findings from trees to create, imagine, and build in the Green Play Yard!

AGES 0 to 5, with adult
FREE with gate admission

DATES Saturdays, August - September
TIME drop-in between 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
LOCATION Green Play Yard, located outside the Learning Center

Make time to pretend, wonder, create, and feel connected to nature! Drop-in activities are for ages 5 and under with their adults and all supplies are included.

Waitlist

The best chance of being enrolled in a sold out class is to add your name to the waitlist. Click the orange "waitlist" button and complete the steps, or call 612-301-1210. There is no obligation to register if a spot opens. If the waitlist shows enough demand, additional class sessions may be added.
