**FULL-DAY camps combine morning and afternoon themed camps, separated by a fun lunch hour. These camps are offered bundled together as full-day only, and are not available individually as half-day options. Full day also offers flexible extended drop off and pick-up times: Drop off between 8:30-9:00 a.m.; Pick up between 4:00-4:30 p.m.
Program location: Meet at the Dog Commons-- follow the overflow parking service road that runs west of the Learning Center.
PINECRAFT: Take the World of Minecraft™ Outdoors! (Morning)
Get away from the screen and into the wild, learning about nature through a real outdoor Minecraft™-themed adventure!
- Survive in an unfamiliar environment, build an epic shelter, forage for food, hunt for materials and fend off wandering monsters through a series of challenges.
- Develop survival skills through fire-making, mapping, and plant identification.
- “Creative mode” allows time for creating potions, planting take-home projects and imaginative nature exploration.

Water Wonders (Afternoon)
Every day is soaked with fun at this water investigation camp! Come explore the wild wetlands of the arb, and discover water’s properties with hands-on experiments.
- Interact with the Arb’s diverse wetland habitats.
- Cool off with wacky water games.
- Conduct water experiments that fizzle, pop,and ooze.
- Build wondrous water machines, create wild watercolors, and partake in a tiny boat race.
- Go pond dipping: Hunt for frogs, salamanders, fish, insects and other aquatic critters in the wetland ecosystem!
Print and complete the Day Camp Gate Pass form that will be sent to you by email from the Camp Coordinator before camp begins. Show your completed form to the gate attendant to receive limited 15-minute admission for Day Camp drop-off and pick-up only. If you intend to stay at the Arboretum on the same day as your child’s Day Camp for longer than 15 minutes, you must reserve admission tickets and present your tickets to the gate attendant.

Waitlist
The best chance of being enrolled in a sold out class is to add your name to the waitlist. Click the "waitlist" button or link next to the class and complete the form. There is no obligation to register if a spot opens. If the waitlist shows enough demand, additional sessions may be added.
Member purchasing policy
Can Members register accompanying Non-member participants for Educational programs at the discounted member rate?
Yes. Arboretum Education policy is that Members may purchase a class or camp on behalf of an accompanying Non-member at the discounted Member price as long as they are registering and paying for at least one spot for themselves. Members must Sign in, enter the total number of Member-price tickets for all participants they are purchasing for, and then complete each participant’s name and prompted information at the checkout screen. The transaction must be completed at the same time as the Member's registration(s). This policy applies only to Arboretum Education programs and classes, and is not applicable to other Arboretum purchases like Events or Admission Tickets.
